2011 Open Day & Fishing Competition
This year we awoke to a bright and cheerful day, the sun was shining, the birds were cherping and the fish were biting (well for some anyway)! We had over 80 entrants sign in for the fishing Comp yet only 23 anglers weighed in with a catch.
The comp saw a couple of big catches from the locals including Champion Angler for the day, Wazz Keelan from 'The Fishing Hub' who also got the title for Biggest Flathead and Champion Team with a 5.5KG Flathead!

Biggest Bream- 720g Hayden Capabianco (The Fishing Hub)
Biggest Flathead- 5.5kg Wazz Keelan ( The Fishing Hub)
Biggest Snapper- 1.815kg Guy Jameson (Slayn)
Biggest Taylor- 2.0kg Hayden Capabianco (The Fishing hub)
Biggest Drummer- George Siderovski (Sido)
Champion Junior- Bailey Johnson
Champion Angler- Wazz Keelan

Another successful day that the staff at Nowra Marine and Tackle hoped you all enjoyed! The hot BBQ and icy cold drinks went down a treat, and with thanks to our suppliers we were able to giveaway some great prizes throughout the day!
